I think this is the first year it hit me that my baby is growing up. She's become so independent in the last year and growing into her own person. I'm in denial that she's not a baby anymore!!! She's seriously the sweetest soul, although super spunky & full of attitude, but she makes life so fun and keeps us constantly entertained. We wouldn't have it any other way.
I love you more than all the stars in the sky my sweet baby D.

For the kids I bought these little treasure chest from hobby lobby, on sale for $1 each. I thought it would be a cute little activity for them to do. I just bought some different paints and under the sea type stickers to stick with the theme. I also painted & decorated a larger treasure chest and bought a few different goodies from Target $1 section and let them pick a 'treasure' as part of their favor.
For the other party favors I bought some edible silver spray paint and some Oreos and spray painted them to look like 'silver coins.' I also just happened to come across some blue and purple chocolate coins at Party City for only 15/$1 so I grabbed some of those and added them to the bag. I tied them with some tulle and attached a ' Thank You for making my party a Splash' tags!
